Commercial Maintenance Services UK Ltd (CMS) are a market leader in Facilities Maintenance, built on the core values of Responsiveness, Integrity, Care, Expertise.
Established in 2000, CMS have built a reputation for delivering trusted and specialist M&E Hard Services to
clients across the UK.
With a team of over 275 employees, operating 24/7, 365 days a year, CMS offers a range of integrated commercial maintenance services, including reactive and planned Gas, Heating, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Catering Equipment installation, repair and maintenance.
In addition to 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), you will receive a further days' holiday for every 3 years service (up to maximum of 5 days).
Private Health Care for you and your family. After completing 12 months service you can opt in with a small benefit in kind tax impact.
A scheme that pays a lump sum to your loved ones on death as a CMS employee. You are automatically enrolled on day 1 of joining the business.
A scheme that pays a lump sum to you if you or your family are diagnosed with any of a wide range of diseases or conditions. You are automatically enrolled on day 1 of joining the business with the option to opt out. There is a small benefit in kind tax impact.
Our pension scheme allows you to contribute 5% of your salary with CMS contributing a further 3%. After completing 3 months service, you will be automatically enrolled with the option to opt out after this time.
