clients across the UK.

With a team of over 148 staff members, CMS offers a range of integrated services, including reactive and planned Gas, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, Catering Equipment and Air Conditioning Services.

A scheme that pays a lump sum to you if you or your family are diagnosed with any of a wide range of diseases or conditions. After completing 12 months service you will be automatically enrolled with an option to opt out. There is a small benefit in kind tax impact.

Our pension scheme allows you to contribute 5% of your salary with CMS contributing a further 3%. After completing 3 months service, you will be automatically enrolled with the option to opt out after this time.
